When you click on the cover to open the book, you will see a row of menu icons below the book. Use these to view the book in full screen mode, and to navigate, zoom, download, etc.

When you are on the table of contents, the list of illustrations or the list of maps click on a title to go right to the chapter / illustration / map. You can also go to the index and click on the page number(s) to see the page where the place / name/ event is mentioned.
